Terms of Service

Last updated: 26 July 2026

Neverhire is operated by Bluebird Technologies Pty Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), an Australian company. These terms govern your use of Neverhire. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you're accepting on behalf of a business, you're confirming you have the authority to do so.

1. What Neverhire does

Neverhire connects to your Xero organisation (read-only) to find quotes that have gone quiet after being sent, drafts a follow-up grounded in the real quote and contact, and waits for your explicit approval before anything is sent. Nothing is ever sent automatically. Additional features (content drafts, knowledge base, taught skills) work the same way — the AI drafts, you approve, nothing ships without you.

2. Accounts and access

You're responsible for keeping your sign-in email secure and for what happens under your account. You must be authorised to act for the business you connect (e.g. authorised to grant Xero access). We can suspend or terminate accounts used in violation of these terms or applicable law.

3. Credits and billing

Paid plans grant a monthly allotment of credits; using a feature that does work on your behalf (drafting, checking Xero, etc.) spends credits. You can cancel a paid plan at any time from the Billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law, including the Australian Consumer Law.

4. Your content, your responsibility

You own the business content you connect or upload (Xero data, knowledge base documents, taught skills). You're responsible for having the right to share any documents you upload, and for reviewing anything the AI drafts before you approve it — approval means you're taking responsibility for what gets sent, same as if you wrote it yourself.

5. AI output isn't guaranteed accurate

Drafts are grounded in your real Xero data where possible, but AI-generated text can still be wrong, incomplete, or oddly phrased. Neverhire fails closed — it stops and tells you when it can't verify a recipient or a live mailer — but it cannot guarantee every draft is perfect. Review before you approve.

6. Service availability

We aim for the service to be reliably available but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Features that depend on third parties (Xero, your email provider, LLM providers) can be affected by outages on their side, outside our control.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neverhire is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes any consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will update the "Last updated" date above; continued use after a change means you accept the update.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
