Connecting Xero

Neverhire connects to your Xero organisation via Xero’s official OAuth flow — you sign in on Xero’s own site and grant access, Neverhire never sees your Xero password.

What it reads

• Quotes, their status (DRAFT, SENT, ACCEPTED, etc.), and how long they’ve been in that status.
• The contact attached to each quote — name and email, exactly as stored in Xero.

What it doesn’t do

Neverhire never edits or deletes anything in Xero. It only reads quotes and contacts to decide what a follow-up draft should say.

Disconnecting

You can revoke access at any time from your Xero organisation’s connected apps settings, or from Neverhire’s Integrations page. Revoking access stops new drafts from being generated — it does not delete any follow-ups you’ve already approved and sent.
