Approval-first automation: why nothing sends without you

It would be easy to build an AI employee that just sends things — follow-ups, posts, replies — the moment it decides they’re ready. We built the opposite: everything stops at a draft.

Fails closed, not open

If Neverhire can’t find a real recipient in Xero, or a live mailer isn’t available, it doesn’t guess or send anyway — it stops and tells you why. A follow-up that goes to the wrong person, or never sends at all with no record, is worse than one that waits an extra hour for a human to say yes.

What you see before you approve

  • The exact recipient, pulled from your live Xero contact — never invented.
  • The full email body, not a summary of it.
  • Which quote it’s tied to, and why it was flagged as stalled.

What happens after you approve

Once you tap send, Neverhire records the provider’s actual delivery receipt — not just “sent”, but confirmation it left the building — and starts tracking whether it gets a reply, a win, or a loss. That record is what lets the system get better at judging which follow-ups are worth drafting next time, without ever taking the approval step away from you.
